How can I start using SIID?

SIID is a subscription-based early-case assessment software solution that helps attorneys and legal practitioners quickly process cases at the pretrial level.

Do I have to download anything?

Customers can access  SIID via the web application or by downloading the mobile app which is available for Apple and Android devices. 

How does the video/audio analysis work?

  • Discover, search, and cull data
Does SIID analyze documents?

No yet — At this time, SIID only analysis audio and video files. But in the upcoming version, users will be able to upload and analyze document files.

What languages does SIID transcribe?

At this time SIID only recognizes and transcribes the English language. As we grow, we will roll out new features including language capabilities. 

Does SIID learn from past cases? How?

Yes. SIID is an AI-empowered solution that leverages machine learning to perform core functions and is continuously learning and adding new words, phrases, and moments to its library.  You can also help to teach language and context by manually adding language SIID did not recognize to the library.

Can I create my own language library in SIID? 

At this time you can not create your own library.

What is a “Sentiment Analysis” and how do I use it?

Sentiment analysis (or opinion mining) is a natural language processing (NLP) technique used to determine whether data is positive, negative or neutral. This feature is only available with the A/V Analysis tool and is used to recognize people, names, places, and objects.

How are my files and data protected?

We employ AWS GovCloud (US) security service to protect user data. 

AWS GovCloud (US) is designed to address specific regulatory and compliance requirements of US government agencies at the federal, state, and local level, as well as contractors, educational institutions, and other U.S. customers that run sensitive workloads in the cloud.
